We use the finest freeze dried Tasmanian Raspberry Powder, which we then combine with premium Japanese Matcha. The vibrant acidity of the Raspberry perfectly compliments and balances the earthy umami notes of the matcha, creating a smooth mouthfeel and a truly harmonious flavour.

To complete the blend, we add a touch of sweetness with our organic Vanilla Sugar, made using organic Papua New Guinean Vanilla Beans sourced directly from our grower co-operatives. We believe this combination creates what is the perfect match drink!

We have combined the finest high grown, traditional Japanese Matcha with some of the worlds best strawberries from the pristine, cool environment of Tasmania. We then added our own Papua New Guinean Vanilla Bean Organic Sugar.
