Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for your purchase from Magic Pudding Tamworth.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
You have 30 (thirty) calendar days to return an item from the date of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as at the time of purchase.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
You need to have the receipt or proof of purchase for the item(s).
Please note that Magic Pudding Tamworth does not accept the return of items in the following categories:
- Sale items;
- Gift cards;
- Health care and personal care items; and
- Perishable goods including flowers, food items, books, magazines, newspapers and paper items.

Refunds
As per Australian Consumer law, we are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind. We do offer credit in store or online to be used at a future date.
You can chose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem. this is when the item;
- has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item had they known about it
- is unsafe
- is significantly different from the sample or description
- doesnt do what we said it would, or what you asked for and cant be easily fixed
Alternatively, you can chose to keep the item and we will compensate you for the drop in value.
If the problem is not major, we will repair the item within a reasonable time. If it is not repaired in a reasonable time you can chose a refund or replacement.
Please keep your proof of purchase.
Exchanges
An exchange of an item purchased will only be made if the item is defective.
If you request an exchange, it will be for the same item that was originally purchased.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a “gift” at the time of purchase and was posted directly to you, you can return the item and provided it is in the same condition as when purchased and is still in its original packaging, we will provide a gift certificate to you for the value of the item. Once the returned item is received, the gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a “gift” when purchased, or the gift giver had the order posted to themselves to give to you at a later date, we will send a credit to the gift giver (purchaser) upon receipt of the returned item.

Postage (or Shipping)
You will be responsible for paying for your own postage costs if you want to return an item. Postage (or shipping) costs incurred by you are non-refundable by us.
If we approve your refund or exchange of an item, the cost to us of return postage to you will be deducted from your refund.
