The Magic Pudding Tamworth

This immensely versatile blend is perfect as a marinade or a dry meat rub for beef, lamb, pork or chicken. And of course, it can be reduced to a magnificent sweet, sticky glaze that is the work of mere moments.

To make a simple marinade for 500g of ribs, combine 2 tbsp of spice with your favourite condiments. We suggest ¼ cup of tomato sauce, 3 tsp each of Worcestershire sauce and apple cider vinegar, and ¾ cup of stock.
