Of course a bilby’s favourite ice cream is going to be a Bubble O’Bill… who can resist the pink and chocolate ice confection with a chocolate back and a bubble gum nose?

Greater bilbies are critically endangered, small, nocturnal, burrowing marsupials. The females have backwards facing pouches to ensure that their babies don’t get a faceful of sand when digging new burrows or renovating old ones. They have a few burrows in their territory which they hide in during the heat of the day.I am sure if they could they would also choose to cool off with a Bubble O’Bill ice cream.
