Red Meat Blend - 80gm
Ingredients: sesame seed, wattleseed, bush tomato, mustard seed, salt, pepperberry

Recipe ideas:
Roll 500gm lamb backstrap in 2 Tbspns of Red Meat Blend. Allow to rest for 15 minutes before cooking to your liking.
Combine 500gm mince, 1 egg, 1 diced onion, 2 Tbspns Tomato puree, 3 Tbspns RED Meat Blend , half cup breadcrumbs and 2 Tbspns Chopped fresh coriander in a bowl. Form into rissoles and cook to your liking.
