Build a sleep routine!

Sleeping easily can be difficult for many people. A strong sleep routine increases how fast you get to sleep.

1. The routine starts 1 hour before bed.

2. Move your phone charging cord out of the bedroom. Put it to charge 1 hour before sleep.

3. Begin your bed routine i.e. shower, remove make up, brush teeth etc.

4. Read anything for at least 5-10 minutes, an amber light will make it easier to sleep.

5. Place Satin Sleep Mask on.

6. If sleep is still hard to come by try a White Noise Machine. This is a great way to anchor a sleep routine.
