Servings: 10-12 1 cup portions

Directions:

1) In a large soup pot, brown 500g beef mince with 1 chopped onion.

2) Add package contents, 2 cans (800g) diced tomatoes and 5 cups water.

3) Bring to hard boil, then simmer covered for 3-4 hrs. Add extra water as needed. Season with salt and pepper.

Optional: add corn and jalapeños.
