Servings: 10-12 1 cup portions

Directions:

1) In a large soup pot, boil 9 cups water and add packet contents, simmer covered on low heat for approx 2 hrs until thickened.

2) Dice and cook 400g thick slice ham or bacon and remove grease. Add meat 20 mins before serving. Season with salt and pepper.

Optional: Blitz for thicker consistency.

Slow cooker instructions:
Add all ingredients and cook on high for 6-8 hrs.
