Servings: 10-12 1 cup portions

Directions:

1) In a large soup pot, brown 500g cubed chicken and 1 chopped onion.

2) Add package contents, 9 cups water, 3 chopped carrots, 2 chopped celery stalks, 1 can coconut cream; boíl, then simmer covered on low for 1 ½ hrs.

3) Add 2 chopped tart apples and cook a further 20 mins. Season with salt and pepper.

Slow cooker instructions:  Brown chicken and onion, add all ingredients and cook on high for 6-8 hrs, add apples in the last hour.
