Contains: Onion, parsley, sea salt, chilli, bay leaves, basil, paprika, oregano, coriander leaf, garlic.

Blended and packed in Australia from imported and local ingredients.Description & Use: Use this mix to make a quick and convenient South American chimichurri sauce. The spice mix can also be used as a dry marinade with red meats before cooking.

Chimmichurri Sauce1 Tablespoon Chimichurri Spice Mix

1 Tablespoon water,
2 teaspoons olive oil + 2 Tablespoons olive oil
2 Tablespoons red wine vinegarCombine the spice mix with the water and stir.
Add 2 teaspoons olive oil and stir again to make a smooth paste.
Add the remaining oil and vinegar.

Stir well and place in a small jug.

Serve with char-grilled or seared steaks.

Makes enough to dress four steaks.
